To inculcate philanthropy and altruism in students, activities are organized around community services. Some of these are providing the local community with services such as organizing blood donation camps, street cleaning programs, and first aid services for which students are trained. In addition to these, students also take part in tree-planting activities to foster awareness of global warming.
Olympiad: The Olympiad is an inter-madaris sporting event. The teams of JBA have proved themselves as the most competitive in the events held thus far. Sports include cricket, football, volleyball, and Karate.
JBA has a large, computerized library having an extensive collection of volumes on traditional and modern subjects including history and literature. There is a separate library for female campuses and another library for international students in the international students’ department which has an extensive collection of Arabic and English books. The Research and Writing Department has its own library. All these libraries are equally equipped for students’ needs.
JBA has quality hostel accommodations catering to national and international students. There are arrangements in place for providing everything available to students at various standard institutions all over the world, which is not available to the average university student in Pakistan. These include large-sized rooms, beds and lockers, air-conditioning, and heaters, as well as family apartments that accommodate an uninterrupted supply of electricity, despite the dire conditions elsewhere in the country. Guest houses for hosting families, students, and other visitors are also available.

This unit provides much-needed support for converts to Islam. This involves the teaching of rituals and other basic educational needs, spiritual guidance, as well as catering to their material needs.
Orphaned and destitute children are sponsored in this sector. It is the vision of the JBA to develop this department on systematic lines, create healthy activities for children, equip them with arts and crafts, organize spiritual training, and bring it under the supervision of professional trainers.
Mosques are affiliated with JBA under the Masajid Affiliation Board, a department at Binoria so that the mosque administration can be given legal, administrative, and financial support. Binoria strives to make these mosques community centers by making them the focus of educational, cultural, and welfare activities.
The department addresses the needs of the public to have their domestic and business problems resolved. Binoria acts as an arbitrator in such disputes, having recourse to the Quran, Sunnah, and relevant legal regulations and resources for their resolution.
Sehar and Iftar are also organized for the students and teachers who observe Masnoon fast. Modern machines are used for cooking, and different types of food are prepared on a weekly schedule. Cold storage is also available to preserve and protect items from spoilage. Food is prepared for the students of foreign countries according to their national and cultural standards.
Jamia Binoria has several large dining halls staffed by competent personnel, providing thousands of students with three square meals on a daily basis as per weekly menus. Special arrangements are in place for students keeping voluntary fasts.
All essential items are available for half the market price to Binoria students at the café.
This is a self-improvement endeavor and caters to the spiritual needs of the public. The focus is on spiritual self-improvement (tazkia nafs) and developing ethical consciousness. The department also provides spiritual support to the general public suffering from physical ailments.
Binoria Technical Department provides children of middle and working-class families with computer education and technical literacy. The aim is to impart a skill to these children to help them become functioning members of their communities. There are a number of projects underway, which include the Info Tec College, CIT, and DIT, web designing, web development, networking, automation, graphics designing, and dot net.
The purpose of this department is to develop print content for the educational and spiritual needs of JBA and all those it serves. The project of tafseer ‘Ruh al-Quran’ is one such endeavor, most of which was completed under the supervision of Mufti Muhammad Naeem himself. This project is now in its final stages.
Important publications include Tafseer Ruh al-Quran (8 volumes), Tafseer Sura Yaseen Shareef, Khameri Musalman, Muhammad Rasulullah ﷺ, Nimaz, Tafseer Dur al-Nabvi aur Sahaba Mai, Tasawwuf (Taruf aur Ahkaam), Fazail-e-Quran Azeem, Mustashrikeen (Taruf, Afkaar o Azaim), Atheism and the atheists (introduction, thoughts and ambitions).
Since 2003, monthly publications like Al-Binoria and Akhbar Ul Madaris have been published. The new series of publications, Al-Tajdeed, is a quarterly research journal focused on scientific and intellectual Islamic topics, providing readers with meticulously researched academic content.

The call center facilitates communication between donors and JBA, providing information on financial needs, expenses, and any specific details requested by the donors.
Binoria IT Solutions, IT Department is fulfilling the needs of the JBA in the field of Information Technology. The in-house application is software development, under which work is currently underway on 21 different software, among which are notable the first of its kind application is Madrasa LMS, Darul Ifta, a cloud-based fully automated application and administration management application which includes modules like Tasker Scheduler Event Guest.
Visa and New Muslim App, kitchen manager besides procurement application, which has automated the requisition system of the department. Data backup, data security, coordination with operators and monthly meetings, and providing educational and technical support as well as hardware-software system installation and quality assurance, designing and teaching IT courses as per the need of the time, computer courses online Maintaining computer labs for courses and conferences.
The Database and Networking department is managed by IT experts who are working to gradually digitize Jamia administration and all individual departments. Media constitutes are the most important source of information. Keeping in view the right of the public to be aware of all welfare activities, JBA has been publishing magazines and journals since the 1990s which continue. Also recognizing the importance of supporting all national media organizations concerning religious issues, Binoria maintains contact with these institutions through the Binoria Media Cell. The cell works towards making the exchange of information easier and maintaining contact. It also ensures transparency.
Binoria Media produces quality cultural, national, religious, and spiritual video content for viewers of all ages. This content is broadcasted from the Binoria Media & Binoria Digital Platform having a presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
JBA has been representing Madrasa-e-Deenyah and Ahl al-Haq through the platform of international print media, i.e. newspapers, magazines, and journals, since the nineties, in this regard, reporting on various meetings and programs held in the Jamia, on religious guidance according to the current situation. Content articles and press releases are prepared.
The purpose of this department is to look after all the printing matters of JBA, getting the services of well-known printing companies of the city for good and quality printing, besides printing banners and Pena-flex for promotion in annual events including curricular and extra-curricular activities of JBA. For example, in the advertising campaign of collective sacrifice and donations during Ramadan, the renowned advertising agency of the city is contacted and their services are obtained.
Ninety percent of all national and international students of JBA avail the scholarships providing for tuition, boarding, and medical facilities. The Jamia accepts donations from students with strong financial backgrounds which help towards funding these scholarships.
Students are also given a monthly stipend as well as clothing on a yearly basis. Students who excel in their studies are also given additional awards and stipends.
JBA arranges for the travel expenses of international students who cannot afford them on their own.
Teachers and staff from different departments are also awarded for excellence in performance.
